Yes, I am saying that Tsunami has the best sushi in town. I've been here a few times now and the food is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, beautifully presented and the restaurant - even though it's always full - doesn't appear to be too busy. Their drinks are all inspired by Japan and taste amazing, so I urge you to try one (or a few) of those. Located right opposite Clapham High Street overground it's easy to find once you exit the station. SarahK

I am impressed with the food here particularly the freshness of sashimi and sushi, one of the best in town. Their miso black cod is beautifully cooked, nice reasonable portion too. Lovely delicious cocktail list. A nice modern presentation of Japanese food yet not losing the core of how traditional Japanese food should be made and tasted. Definitely a place for those who love Japanese food BaoP

This place is phenomenal. Every dish is perfection. This is not a cheap restaurant but it's worth every penny. I honestly think the food is better than Nobu and at a fraction of the price. It isn't central London but it is completely worth a journey to south London. Be sure to book, if you go during peak times you'll struggle to get a table by just walking in. KellyW

I've been to Tsunami several times, always take my friends, family and business partners there as it is a fantastic restaurant. They have delicious cocktail (great variety too, including non alcoholic, good selection of wines and the food is just spectacular. If you are ever around Clapham you shouldn't miss out! YaizaL

I have come here on a number of occasions and always enjoyed myself. The food is always consistently great as are the drinks. I especially love the grilled scallops on fire at your table and the dragon roll and the truffle beef is to die for. I recommend a visit. ImogenC

Good service , great food. Tuna tartare was amazing. Was there with my 3 kids and (surprise!) they treated us well. Used to "no kids after 6pm" places, Tsunami was a great choice. Will come back. LukaD

Had a great time at Tsunami. The seaweed salad got me off my feet. So good. From the prawn to the truffled beef and the pork belly. Yum Will definitely come back. RolandV

A bit pricey, but every dish was worth it. We got a table for a Saturday night, 18.30 and got a 15% off our bill because we were there before 7pm! SamW
