The Roseate Reading's Executive Head Chef Rajesh Maharjan has previously worked for hotels in Nepal and Dubai, before he took the opportunity to move to the UK. He first worked at the Monkey Island Hotel in Bray and then the Mercure Hotel in Windsor before moving in to his role as Head Chef at The Roseate Reading and then Executive Chef for The Roseate Hotels and Resorts UK. Rajesh Maharjan has honed his skills working with international cuisines such as modern European, Italian, Chinese and Indian Tandoor and is excited to bring a new experience to diners at the hotels in the UK. He is keen to focus on an innovative menu and thrilling flavours, giving guests an experience they want to return for. At The Reading Room, Rajesh uses the freshest, seasonal ingredients and the best of British produce.
