The Restaurant at Macdonald Bear Hotel A former 13th century coaching inn is the historic setting for chef Matt Weedon's exceptional modern cooking. Start with the terrine of guinea fowl and smoked bacon with fig puree and toasted brioche, followed by roasted cod, braised chicken wings, tomato fondue and chicken jus.
