The Camellia two AA Rosette restaurant offers new and flavoured dishes prepared by the highly skilled team of chefs. With fresh vegetables from the hotel's walled kitchens and the finest local Sussex ingredients, the menu's have a unique style in which traditional seasonal dishes can be interpreted in a balanced and contemporary way.

What cuisine is on offer at The Camellia at South Lodge?

Modern English dishes range from starters of beetroot and orange soup with coriander cress or smoked trout with new potato salad to main courses of pan fried seam bream with cous cous and broccoli or roulade of guinea fowl and chorizo with Dijon mash and roasted onion puree. Deliciously tempting desserts such as a trio of vanilla panna cotta, yoghurt sorbet and chocolate mousse or minted chocolate moussed with strawberry sorbet will end your meal on a high.
