Ocean is an exceptional fine dining restaurant showcasing modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh Jersey produce. Ocean has retained a Michelin Star since 2007 as well as four Rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide, placing it in the top rank of restaurants in the British Isles. Executive Head Chef Mark Jordan creates sophisticated menus, including a seasonal a la carte, daily changing set menus and specially selected vegetarian dishes. Working together with the Genuine Jersey Products Association, Mark Jordan uses the best local ingredients and freshest produce from Jersey's coast and countryside.
