There are hundreds of wedding venues in the South East to choose from and after a while, they all blend into one. This is not the case with Nymans.
Weddings at Nymans take place in our outstanding gardens with breath-taking views across Sussex. Our stunning location makes a fabulous backdrop for intimate ceremonies making your day memorable, stylish and unique.
When you discover Nymans, you will see that it is easy to lose yourself in the peaceful country setting. With hundreds of fantastic locations for you and your guests to explore on the day, surprises are revealed around each corner.
Serene walled gardens lead into rolling meadows whilst narrow paths deliver long views of formal topiary and clipped lawns.
Our Loggia, licensed for wedding ceremonies, is a beautiful gothic building with soaring arches and rose clad walls set within the Sunk Garden itself containing striking floral displays.
With the dramatic ruins as it's backdrop, the house at Nymans, the Gothic mansion built in the 1920s, was destroyed by fire, leaving a breathtaking collection of ruins which frame the skyline. Ivy covered stone and arched windows mean this is a formidable feature of the gardens.
Intimate ceremonies of 30 guests can take place inside the Loggia or, for larger congregations, an unlimited number of additional guests can be seated in the Loggia's secluded lawns. The Sunk Garden lends itself perfectly for champagne receptions after your ceremony.
