Lemore Manor

My (now) husband and I got married at Lemore last Thursday and we haven't stopped smiling since. The day was perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived Phoebe and Margaret were on hand to welcome us to the hen house and put us at ease and calm wedding nerves. The Lemore team are absolutely fantastic and checked on us regularly throughout the day. There was an issue with one of our guests fainting before the ceremony started and Margaret and Phoebe dealt with everything, we didn't even know the ambulance was there!! The grounds and house itself is picture perfect and all our guests commented about the beauty of our chosen venue. The rooms are equally as beautiful and all our guests said they had a very comfortable nights sleep. We wanted something different for our wedding breakfast and discussed this with chef Mickey. It was all a bit of a surprise on the day and the food was divine. Mickey got it spot on and we were all blown away by the quality and presentation of the food, thanks Mickey! Our guests are still talking about it! We want to say a huge thanks to Lemore, for being so accommodating and making our day perfect in every way! Jess and Martin

We had our wedding here just before Christmas and our guests are still raving about this gorgeous venue. The staff are very well trained and professional. The food was mouth watering and up to an exceptional standard (props to their chef)! Margaret did an excellent job in handling the day for me and easing my last minute anxieties. I'd like to give it 5 stars but we did have a few bumps post wedding and some slight miscommunication issues, special thanks to Sadie for helping us with this! My advice when communicating with the venue would be to call first as some staff aren't always very good at communicating via email. However, having said that I would still definitely recommend this venue to every couple looking to have a countryside wedding! It's a venue everyone will love!

Well where do I start? My new husband and I had the most fantastic wedding at lemore ! Organising it from Melbourne Australia the team were there for my every need and wish, even after a staff change over I was always reassured & looked after. On the day I didn't worry about a thing Phoebe & Margret had it all in hand. Even to welcoming us drinks when we left the ceremony. Our guest thought the manor was superb , and the rooms, including the shepards huts were comfortable & warming. Thankyou phoebe & margret especially & ofcourse Micky- Amazing 5* food !! Lots of compliments ! The only thing that I regret about lemore is not spending more time there. I'd like to do it all again ...... xxxx

To Margaret, Ben, Phoebe, Mickey and all of the Lemore Team, Thank you so much for giving us our perfect day. As soon as i arrived Margaret and Phoebe you made me feel completely relaxed and took care of the whole day for us. Lemore Manor was just stunning and Mickey - the food you served was amazing, we had so many people come and tell us it was the best pie they'd ever had and you excelled yourself with your lactose free meal. We also want to say a huge thank you to all of the waiting and bar staff who were fantastic. Thank you all for an amazing day, we loved every second of it and we are so grateful to all of you!

Thanks for helping to make our wedding extra special! Our wedding weekend went so smoothly thanks to all the friendly helpful staff at Lemore. Micky did an amazing job with the food which everyone loved, and the extra touches on the day such as the team decorating our 'cheese cake' for us made all the difference. The girls enjoyed getting ready in the lovely Hen House, and the boys appreciated having the space outside for a pre-wedding cricket match.

Absoloutley brilliant from start to finish . Stunning venue, fantastic setting ,excellent food and amazing staff . The whole weekend couldn't of been more perfect we felt so looked after. What a beautiful setting for a wedding. The grounds were striking as you approach the Manor House and immaculately kept. Every room within the house was warm, inviting and beautifully decorated for the occasion. The wedding breakfast was delicious as was breakfast the following morning,
