Gosfield Hall

We would just like to express our thanks to the amazing staff at Gosfield Hall for making Katie & Jack's wedding on Friday so easy and special. The guests all commented on not only how beautiful the venue is but the amazing food Our friends/family also commented on the unobtrusive but attentive service from all your staff. We want to draw your attention to how wonderful the personal wedding manager was. As you know she was not our wedding planner from the start and when we heard at the end of July that we had a "new" wedding planner, who had only just joined your team, we were a little apprehensive. I (Lesley) immediately emailed the new personal wedding manager and she went out of her way to arrange somewhere that we could meet to go through everything. I was immediately reassured by her very professional and calm approach and attention to detail. I went home and immediately reassured my daughter that we were in very good hands. From then on I was emailed me with every little detail to ensure that everything was how we wanted it to be. We absolutely knew that on the day she would take care of everything and this was so important as it meant that once we arrived at Gosfield we didn't need to worry about anything and could just totally enjoy our day. From the moment we arrived, in the pouring rain, she reassured us about the changes that needed to be made re. the weather. She was available and attentive to any requests during the day and was always there in the background making sure that everything was running smoothly. Many of our guests commented on how professional but unobtrusive she was. This was of course a very special day for us, to see our daughter get married - and due to the personal wedding managers diligence it all went brilliantly.

I attended a wedding here in March and had an amazing day, I've attended quite a few weddings so I always like visiting venues I've never been to before. Firstly the venue itself is stunning, high ceilings and intricate paintings. Being a history buff I ended up buying one of their booklets and think the venue have done an amazing job converting it to what it is considering it is such an old building! Our drinks were constantly topped up during the reception and the bar was open too (bonus!). The food was to die for and some of the best I've tasted! The staff were very busy all day and must work very long hours but they were always polite and friendly to us. Overall a lovely venue and hope I get invited back one day.

We got married this weekend at Gosfield and it was a the best weekend of our lives.If you are looking for class, elegance and genuine history then have your wedding here. Jan our wedding planner was so relaxed and friendly but very professional and I felt like I could call her about anything and she could answer my questions or calm my nerves. Food and service were spot on and we have already had lots of messages from our guests saying how much they enjoyed the wedding and being at the venue. Gosfield is simply brimming with atmosphere. Perfect weekend!

We had such a wonderful wedding guest experience in this very lovely setting. We had the privilege of staying over and had a very good nights sleep in a room with a wonderful view overlooking the lake. The wedding ceremony was very well managed as was the reception, music, all the food provided was excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The ambience was perfect and the stars of this show had to be the stunning bride and handsome groom. Thank you to all the team at Gosfield Hall.

The most amazing wedding venue - my daughter Lauren married her partner Dean at Gosfield hall yesterday. They married at the church followed by the reception at Gosfield, It couldn't have been a better day - the venue, location, food, rooms everything was fantastic - entertainment was loved by everyone young, old everyone. A huge THANK YOU to our personal wedding manager for all your help in making our day run very smoothly. Anyone looking for a wedding venue this is the place to be.

We felt so relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, which is all thanks to you. I also wanted to mention the food which was absolutely superb, many guests came to me and said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. I must say the roast potatoes were the best I've ever had, and I've had quite a few!
