Overview

Cardross is situated on the fringe of the Scottish Highlands and borders the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. Just to the north is the Lake of Menteith, the only Lake in Scotland. Cardross was bought by the Orr Ewing family in 1920, who had previously resided at Ballikinrain Castle in nearby Strathendrick.
