The outdoor training area at the Fairmont Windsor Park captures the best in current training trends to offer an exciting workout space in an unforgettable outdoor setting. The outdoor gym centres around the huge UK designed and manufactured functional training rig to offer maximum variety for group and one-to-one sessions. It allows users to take on boxing, HIIT, body weight and strength workouts in endless combinations with added climbing ropes for a unique challenge. The main functional rig is accompanied by Assault Bikes and Rowing machines for an added cardio challenge, as well as a 20m sled track to really raise the tempo of members’ training sessions. The outdoor space includes three tennis courts and two padel courts.
