Wool Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days in March. The cottage is in a fantastic location in the town (3 minute walk to the market square) yet tucked away from the main road with a large private car park. The cottage is beautiful from the outside with a private garden both front and back; the rear garden is secluded and has nice patio furniture. The inside is as lovely as the outside. There is a large and spacious sitting and dining room with a large wood burner and excellent HD TV. From the sitting room is a corridor to the master bedroom which is large, has a very comfy bed and patio doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is well appointed and a good size. From the kitchen there are stairs to the smaller upstairs bedroom that is surprisingly spacious for a loft room! The bathroom is also a good size with a very powerful shower! The cottage is well appointed and the owners ensure that it has everything you need, unlike many holiday cottages. On top of that the owners provided a warm and personal welcome without being overbearing. If you are looking for a chic romantic break in the beautiful town (or village?!) of Lavenham then this is the place - we will be back.

A wonderful property to stay in, in a very nice area. Owners are helpful and friendly. The cottage is finished to a high standard, beds are among the comfiest we have stayed in. The welcome pack is a nice touch. We will defiantly return for future stays, couldn't fault anything.

This very comfortably converted cottage with an amazing bedroom (including a double bath! ) is perfectly situated in the middle of the town for exploring Lavenham. Off-road parking means you can wander round the town at your leisure.
