The house is perfect for extended families and groups of friends looking for a spectacular base for relaxing, sight-seeing and catching up in a truly special house. There is a fire in the drawing room so imagine the cosy setting in the colder months. There is a wonderful table in the kitchen for relaxed communal dining and a more formal setting in the dining room with a table for up to 8. All bedrooms are large (no one will feel short-changed) and provide good levels of storage, often built-in. Five bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with three overlooking the water. The principle bedroom, with marina views, has a super kingsize bed (or two twin beds if you prefer) plus an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower for space and flexibility. There is another bedroom enjoying a super king-size bed (or two separate single beds), with an ensuite shower room. Bedroom three provides a permanent kingsize, whilst there are a further two bedrooms on the first floor, each set up with twin beds. There is a separate family bathroom, with a bath and separate shower. On the ground floor (handy for elderly parents or those who prefer to minimise stairs), a sixth bedroom has two single beds, with a separate toilet opposite. All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. WiFi is provided and there is ample parking for up to four cars on the driveway and in the double garage (where you can also store bicycles or scooters).
