In a prime south-facing position you'll enjoy the sun all day on the private terraces, decking, conservatory and gardens. The house is perfect for extended families and groups of friends looking for a spectacular base for relaxing, sight-seeing and catching up in a truly special house. There is a fire in the drawing room so imagine the cosy setting in the colder months. There is a wonderful table in the kitchen for relaxed communal dining and a more formal setting in the dining room with a table for up to 8. All bedrooms are large (no one will feel short-changed) and provide good levels of storage, often built-in. Five bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with three overlooking the water. The principle bedroom, with marina views, has a super kingsize bed (or two twin beds if you prefer) plus an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower for space and flexibility. There is another bedroom enjoying a super king-size bed (or two separate single beds), with an ensuite shower room. Bedroom three provides a permanent kingsize, whilst there are a further two bedrooms on the first floor, each set up with twin beds. There is a separate family bathroom, with a bath and separate shower. On the ground floor (handy for elderly parents or those who prefer to minimise stairs), a sixth bedroom has two single beds, with a separate toilet opposite. All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. WiFi is provided and there is ample parking for up to four cars on the driveway and in the double garage (where you can also store bicycles or scooters).

There are many historical sites just a short trip away, including Pevensey and Bodium Castles, whilst Battle, arguably the most important place in English history, is around 20 minutes away (take a tour around the battlefield!).
