Set in approximately 14.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The main Barn & Manor house can be rented separately for up to 12 guests in each or as an Estate exclusively for up to 32 across 15 bedrooms.

The six-bedroom Grade 1 Manor House has been privately owned since the 15th century and is steeped in English history. The cosy and spacious six-bed Barn blends modern architecture with exquisite antiques, decor and facilities with its five themed suites & additional bedroom by the Peacock Pool. 

The three bed Granary is a mixture of contemporary works of art, quirky furniture and industrial finishes. It overlooks the tennis courts and is available for rent with either Barn, Manor or comes as part of exclusive use.

Facilities onsite include heated pool, tennis court, lake with rowing boats, children's woodland play area, cinema, x box, table tennis, hot tubs, table football. A full service can be enjoyed with talented chefs, housekeeping, butler service and activity specialists available to create your perfect quintessential escape. Activities onsite include archery, Pilates, yoga, personal training ,bike hire, cookery lessons, mermaid swimming, swimming lessons, tennis coaching.

This beautiful estate consists of an extremely stunning 15th-century Manor House, a luxuriously restored five-bedroom barn and a newly built three-bedroom Granary, and two idyllic one-bedroom hideaways perfect for party overspills; the self-contained Cow Byre and the Grade I listed Peacock Shed. They can be booked all together to accommodate up to 34 adults plus 2 children or the Manor and the Barns can be booked out separately for smaller parties of up to 12 in each.

The Pantry is a lifestyle store and houses a delightful array of homewares and gifts within the old post office of the Pantry. There is a cosy fireplace and lovely sunny patio garden.

At Stow-on-the-Wold take 2nd left turn on the B4077 towards Tewkesbury / Cotswold Farm Park (for 6 miles) – Take care at this junction to take left turn and then left fork! Continue on B4077 past the sign for Cotswold Farm Park and then take next sharp left fork to Temple Guiting. Pass through the village. The Manor is found on the right hand side (just before the road dips down to pass over the river). The “Manor” is marked on a stone wall. For The Barn turn right passed The Manor down a small lane where you will arrive at some black iron gates on your left hand side. This is The Barn.
