Arrival information and directions

Address: Nant Barns, Llwyngwril, Wales, AberdoveyLL37 2QH, United Kingdom

Use LL37 2QH in Google maps, this normally brings you straight to the door. However, if you are directed to turn beside the church in Llwyngwril village, please ignore your satnav as it takes you up a very steep and windy road, it is much easier to follow the instructions below.

From the north: Take the A493 from Dolgellau. The left hand turn for Nant Barns is approximately 1 mile from the hump backed bridge in Llwyngwril village. Once you have left the village you will past Sunbeach Holiday Park on your right. The turning for the barns is the second turning on the left, which is opposite a telegraph pole with 2 mirrors and a yellow chair. The barns are the first buildings on your left.

From the south: Take the A493 from Tywyn, after approximately 9 miles you will see the sea and the road bends sharply to the right. Once you see some caravans on the left side of the road, take the right hand turn which is approximately 1.9 miles after the sharp bend. The barns are the first buildings on your left.

By train: Llwyngwril railway station is a request stop and is located about a mile from the barns.

By bus: The number 28 bus runs along the A493 between Tywyn and Dolgellau. The bus stops on the road between the turning for the barns and Sunbeach Holiday Park.
