We stayed here for two nights as it happened to be very close to a wedding we were attending in the area. We were expecting a conveniently situated place to crash but left feeling like we'd been on a luxury mini break. This was thanks to the beautiful lodge, warm welcome and thoughtful provisions/treats. Immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, and surrounded by tress and lovely countryside. Great place for breakfast on the patio if you are lucky enough to have the weather for it. Do visit the Southall Minster and the Workhouse, both full of interest. JanetC

Superb property in a lovely location made that little bit extra special by unexpected provision of grocery essentials and drinks. Sue and Oz were very welcoming and I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Gordon.

'The Full Moon' is just 5 mins. walk into Morton Village. ' The Bromley is 10 mins. walk and alongside the River Trent. The Village shop and Post Office is 10 mins. walk.
