House was lovely and homely, comfortable and cosy. Had everything we needed really. Hot tub added bonus too. Can’t wait to visit again in the warmer weather and make more use of the outside space and take in the gorgeous views more then we were able to. Will also be booking the Hetties tea party too. Super yummy and was a great start to our wee holiday.
Stayed here for Hogmanay and went to the street party on the 1st which was really enjoyable. Lots of walks nearby and even walkable to Pitlochry itself. Other walks only a short drive. Plenty of pubs, cafes and wee shops.

Kinnaird House was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful rooms, fully equipped kitchen and lovely owners who made themselves available to us easily for check in and check out. The gardens and views are spectacular, the hot tub and BBQ just added to our amazing weekend. If you are coming in July August be careful of the midgies!

The house was perfect and we had a great weekend staying there. We had a very warm welcome from the owner Jane on our arrival. We couldn't fault the place at all and would definitely recommend to others.

Communications in advance were easy and efficient.
The accommodation for 5 couples was ideal with 5 en-suites and a big dining room.

We stayed here for 3 days during the Easter holidays and could not have been happier. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay things were handled professionally and smoothly. We could not fault the cleanliness or service we received and, if anything, the photos of the property do not do it justice! It was everything we could have hoped for and more, the hot tub and afternoon tea were fab, as were Jane and Yvonne! Thanks for an amazing weekend - will highly recommend! Joanna

A wonderful house and location!
We stayed here as a group of 11 for my Hen weekend and from the warm welcome to the comfortable beds, it was the perfect place to party, relax and explore.
Beds were comfortable and the facilities are excellent within the house. Hot tub is the icing on the cake!
Many thanks and would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to celebrate with our family it was our Mothers 60th birthday so had a varied age range with the youngest being 3 and oldest 85. The size of the property was excellent and meant that the children could go to bed and adults could carry on without disturbing them. The house was very clean and well equipped. Could not fault anything and will most definitely return and recommend.
Tips for other travellers
Local Indian restaurant was delicious - we ordered take out and ate at the large dining table.

Excellent and helpful response to all queries when booking and during our stay.
Our main interest is in walking and the area is full of accessible walks for all abilities. Shops are good and the exhibition at the dam(and café)well worth a visit.
