Flintstone Cottages

We booked into Flintstone Cottages for a few days in the run up to our wedding in Chichester back in February. We had not stayed there before - but we couldn't have found a more perfect base! The Lodge was clean, comfortable and incredibly spacious - which was ideal for us, with all our boxes of wedding paraphernalia! The surrounding countryside is absolutely beautiful and ideal for long walks. The owner, Jo, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. With Jo's agreement, we'd arranged for a number of our wedding suppliers to deliver directly to us at the property - and this made the build up to the wedding so much smoother than it would otherwise have been. Our only regret is that we didn't have an opportunity to fully relax and enjoy The Lodge - but we very much hope to be able to return next year to do just that! Whether you're looking for a base near Chichester as we were, or just somewhere peaceful to escape to for a while, we cannot recommend The Lodge more highly.

Fantastic weekend away! These beautiful holiday homes are set in a quiet, peaceful setting and yet are very close to Chichester. We stayed in The Barn which has been converted to a very high standard with much attention to detail. Everything about the property is comfortable from the beds, the relaxing bath, the spacious warm shower, the comfortable corner sofa and the wood burner which was particularly welcome during a cold, wet weekend. Jo, the owner, is very friendly but not intrusive. Everything you would need for time away is provided - even down to small things like matches, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. We could have even helped ourselves to more logs if we had needed them! We would definitely recommend this holiday home to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Fantastic cottage, clean, spotless and well located Stayed in the cottage for 4 days and absolutely loved it! It was very easy to find, in excellent condition and very cosy. The living room is spacious with a big tv for those quiet evenings at home. Jo (the owner) was very welcoming and provided very helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat and things to do. Its on the first floor of a converted barn so the kitchen area has a slanted roof which may not be for everyone.The living room and bedrooms had full height ceilings. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back. If you have children there is also a trampoline in the garden.

Nicely appointed We booked The Lodge for ourselves, our daughter, partner and toddler for a few days while we were over from the US visiting family. The third bedroom let us invite my brother and his wife to join us. The apartment was great for our purposes; the three bedrooms were more than adequate and there is lots of common space. The kitchen and dining space and facilities were great too we ordered take-out from a good local Indian the first night, and cooked the others. Everything we needed was there.

We had the most amazing 2 week vacation at Flintstone cottages for our Family reunion. We all had the best experience ever, all the accommodation was outstanding. Every Cottage is immaculate & the cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards & are so well equipped. We loved Jo who is the best Host, warm & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for both her & Steve who maintains those stunning grounds & the cottages. We would love to go back & make more amazing memories.

Beautiful barn I booked the barn along with the cottage for 14 of us to celebrate my sister's hen weekend. The barn is decorated to a high standard. It was spotless and has such a great character. The stained glass window from Diana Dors bathroom is stunning. From making a booking enquiry and arriving Jo was very helpful. I definitely recommend this property and I hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic facilities in beautiful West Sussex Stayed at this fantastic property for 2 days at the end of April. Great venue for short breaks or longer family holidays as extremely comfortable in a wonderfully contemporary way. Chichester is only a short drive away and within 30 min of beautiful West Wittering beach and Chichester Marina. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

A lovely treat! Arrived from the cross channel ferry to our lovely cottage. It was beautifully fitted out, scrupulously clean and most welcoming. We were there off and on throughout Christmas, it was a wonderful warm base. We will definitely book again.

Lovely stay in Sussex We stayed in the Barn for a long weekend with mates. The accommodation was of an incredibly high standard, exceptionally clean and perfectly located. We are currently planning another long weekend next year.
