Ardmair Bay House was created to provide many of the luxuries of a modern hotel, with the relaxed, comfortable and informal atmosphere of your own private holiday home. Decorated in a contemporary style and  complemented by modern finishings and designer detailing. The ground floor features a large lounge area with wood burning stove, a fully equipped modern kitchen, games room, utility room, bedroom and wet room/bathroom. The upper floor has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are complemented by ensuite bathrooms. An incredible master suite overlooks the bay and beyond and provides an incomparable view. Outside, Ardmair Bay House features a large seating area, a BBQ and a luxurious hot tub with 30 massaging jets.

Ardmair Bay House was designed with special respect for the environment with a great emphasis on the materials used for insulation during construction. The wood-burning stove takes full advantage of the heat recovery system that has been incorporated into the house, by providing energy-efficient circulation to the house in the summer and winter.

A 1-hour unforgettable scenic drive from Inverness Airport, Ardmair Bay House is easily accessible at all times of the year. Situated just 3 miles from the famous Scottish town of Ullapool, which is also known as the gateway to the Scottish Islands. 

Airport transfers or Car Hire suitable to the size of your party can be arranged for you. 

Based in Nairn, just outside Inverness, Ardmair Bay House has partnered with HG Helicopters who can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 passengers with their fleet of helicopters.
