The Vineyard is part of the following Inspirations:
"Not far west of London along the M4, The Vineyard in Berkshire has an exceptional wine list, with 3,000 different bottles to choose from, 100 of these by the glass. The list reflects the interest of the restaurant’s owner, industrialist Peter Michael. It has particularly deep coverage of Californian wines, not just from Napa and Sonoma but less well-travelled Californian wine areas such as Paso Robles. The list also boasts many rare wines not often seen in the UK, such as the lovely white wines of Kistler. Those on a budget may like to try the excellent value wines of Bonny Doon."
"Hotelier Sir Peter Michael loves wine so much he bought his own vineyard in Northern California. You’ll find plenty of the winery’s best bottles on the enormous list here, along with other fine Californian vintages and an impressive selection from around the globe to go with Danial Galmiche’s modern French cuisine."
