What is the signature dish at The Orangery Restaurant?
Their steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days using Himalayan salt aging chambers resulting in a totally unique sweet and flavoursome steak. All steak cuts come with a choice of side, Their signature is onion strings, roasted heirloom tomatoes, watercress and a sauce or butter.
What makes a meal at The Orangery Restaurant unique?
At The Orangery they cook on a British made Synergy Chargrill which cooks at an intensely high heat and atomises the flavours from the meat and fish back into the food. Their meat is supplied from the local family butchers less than two miles from their doorstep who only use farmers that they know and trust.
