Janet Simpson and her mother established Gibbon Bridge in 1982, by converting the family farm into a restaurant with rooms. Over the years, it has grown into a four star country hotel with 30 bedrooms, award-winning gardens and a fabulous restaurant sourcing local produce from its own gardens and local suppliers.
