The Park


The Park Hotel is situated in the popular Borders town of Peebles. The hotel has 24 newly refurbished bedrooms, a quirky bar area, restaurant and gallery with views of the gardens. Located to nearby Glentress, The Park is the perfect stop off to refuel after a busy day on the bikes. Head Chef, Jen, creates delicious, locally sourced dishes for the weekly changing menus.

The hotel is just a short walk to the quaint high street, where you can find a selection of local, independent shops and eating outlets. Peebles Hydro is a small stroll up the hill, guests who stay at The Park Hotel have full access to use these leisure facilities.

The Park Hotel offers Scottish, hearty cuisine with a modern twist. The menu changes weekly, showcasing locally sourced produce. Head Chef, Jen, bakes fresh scones, cakes and breads for the bakery daily too.  The exciting new fine eating restaurant, TRYST,  is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or to simply enjoy a wonderful dining experience with a five course tasting menu served in the Gallery.
