Overview

It might sound like a firm of accountants, but rather cryptic name of this relaxed and stylish New Forest restaurant actually refers to its culinary team. Angela Hartnett is arguably the UK's most high profile female chef and runs Murano restaurant in London while Luke Holder has trained in some of London and Italy. Together they've created a daily changing menu of locally sourced English dishes with more than a hint of Italian flair. 'Fun dining, not fine dining' is the rather neatly articulated aim here with homely dishes such as gammon broth with smoked cheese on toast and pig cheek, slow cooked, celeriac and leek. With the set price 'Tavolo Familiare' option, you can really relax and let the kitchen decide what you eat and drink.
