This beautiful renovated 18th Century Coaching Inn is located in the historic market and old Westmorland county assize town of Brough in Cumbria in the Eden Valley. It is close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and within easy reach of the Lakes. The Inn used to serve as a stopover for coaches running between Scotland and Carlisle to York and the South. The Inn has been the subject of a total restoration it to its former glory. Guests are assured of the warmest of welcomes.

Room provides a relaxing environment for those of our guests who prefer a quieter atmosphere. Our wine list is small but comprehensive and are reasonably priced. The house wines are also excellent.
