The Wild Rabbit is a reinvention of the traditional English inn - a place to eat, drink and sleep. Set in the charming and tranquil village of Kingham in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Wild Rabbit offers visitors a welcoming and relaxing traditional pub bar, a more formal dining room, as well 12 individually furnished bedrooms and a cottage.
The light-filled bedrooms are named after woodland animals and are individually decorated, with large, handmade and luxurious beds. The furnishings and bed linen have all been carefully chosen to ensure a great night's rest. Rooms have different colour palettes but all incorporate the traditional Cotswold stone-wall decoration that beforehand was hidden behind the plaster. Each room also has an individual bathroom that is filled with Bamford Bath & Body products.
There are eight rooms spread over the first and second floors, while a further four are accessed from the garden. The four garden rooms are dog-friendly and there are lovely dog beds available on request. The Rabbit is the largest suite and has its own study area complete with a desk and armchairs. Each bed is handmade with elegant four-posters in The Rabbit and The Deer. The Hedgehog is a family suite with bunk beds for children and cots available on request. There is also the option of adjoining suites in the garden rooms. All rooms have Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, IPod docking station, hair dryer, wall safe and Volga linen bathrobes.
