The Street, Didmarton, Badminton, Gloucestershire, GL9 1DT
The King's Arms is a cosy award-winning country inn nestled deep within the stunning Cotswold countryside.
Combining modern comfort with rustic elegance, each of the cottage-style bed and breakfast rooms have their own individual character. Named after the prize-winning hounds from the nearby Beaufort Hunt, each room includes sumptuous features such as king-size beds, ivory sheepskin rugs and luxurious Feather and Black mattresses and duvets which altogether ensure a relaxing and comfortable night’s slumber. All rooms feature wood furniture, antique dressing tables, a flat- screen TV, a tea and coffee tray and complimentary Branche d’Olive toiletries.
Once the stables of the original King’s Arms in the 17th century, the two spacious self-catering cottages are ideal for families and larger parties looking for their own private Costwolds hideway. The cottages have been carefully appointed with dark wooden beams, claw-foot bathtubs and brown leather sofas.
As a true countryside pub, they also serve delicious British cuisine using the best seasonal and locally sourced produce. The menu offers a wonderful range of dishes to satisfy every palette. Daily specials are handwritten on a blackboard and are cleverly complimented with a selection of lighter snacks. Set menus are also available.
The King's Arms also has a Restaurant:
