Riverside Pubs with Rooms in or near Marldon

The Devon village of Marldon is a typical english village with an ancient church dating from 1460 and a pub overlooking the village cricket field. In July each year Marldon Apple Pie Fair is held. Nearby is Compton Castle a fortified manor house with dramtic towers built in the 14th century and fortified in the 16th century.
