Long established as an award-winning pub serving great food in the village of Horstead near Coltishall in Norfolk, The Recruiting Sergeant has now branched out into offering rooms. Five double bedrooms across the first and second floor of the pub provide the perfect place to flop after an evening's indulgence in the bar and restaurant. Looks wise, think pale grey and white stylish wallpaper with pale blue accent plus elegant chandeliers and fluffy white towels. Owners Matthew and Nicola Colchester make you welcome in the bar after settling in with a choice of real ales, cocktails and large wine list while food is served every lunchtime and evening on weekdays and all day at the weekends. The Recruiting Sergeant has a cracker of a garden for lazy summer afternoons too plus heated outdoor patio area for when the nights draw in.
