You and your gal pals just want to have fun, or you're new to the world of spa-ing, then maybe a trip to a hushed temple of wellbeing might not be the day you had planned. So, don't forget the spa motto - there's a perfect spa for every occasion, you just need to find the right one. And that's what we're here for! Whether that's a spa in the city, a spa with lashings of facilities, so you can give everything a whirl, or a spa that has lots of first-time visitors on spa days, here's ten of the best for twenty-somethings.
Ragdale Hall Spa

The Ragdale name is synonymous with spa-ing, so if you want to dip your toe into the world of spa, there's nowhere with a more prestigious name. The facilities at Ragdale are superb and there are some excellent deals on day and stay spa-ing too. Chill out in the unique beauty of the Candle pool, enjoy the indoor/outdoor waterfall pool and the various thermal rooms from the Rose sauna to the herb Sanarium.

SenSpa at Careys Manor Hotel

Have a fun day out - and a taste of the exotic - when you book in at Careys Manor SenSpa and their unique Thai-themed spa. In the heart of the beautiful New Forest, this spa has fabulous wet and thermal facilities and their award-winning treatments are second to none. There's even an excellent Thai restaurant on site, with a Zen garden to look out over as you eat. Great for a spa with a difference.

Titanic Spa

Usually the words 'Titanic' and 'water' don't mix, but that's not the case at the UKs first eco-spa in Huddersfield which has a gorgeous salt-regulated' pool, flooded with natural light, which is a delight to swim in. Be brave and try the heat and ice facilities, which will do wonders for your circulation and complexion, but may cause you to gasp as the change in temperature! The products used are all eco-friendly and the food is locally-sourced and organic wherever possible. Moderns spa fun.

Hoar Cross Hall Spa Resort

It may be the UKs only spa in a stately home, but there's no need to be overawed at Hoar Cross, and its gentrified surroundings, because the welcome is always warm. Every morning, groups arrive to spend a day enjoying the lavish facilities - the treats in the pool and thermal areas are particularly good - and spend time chatting, relaxing and maybe indulging in archery, pilates or tennis. Splurge and book a room for an posh but pleasingly un-snooty experience.
