My pick of the extensive spa menu for an anti-ageing treatment would be the SUNDÃRI Age Defying Firming Facial. It gives instant results for tone and texture, with a firm facial massage that will give you a lift without the need for the needle. A blend of aromatic oils is used to relax you while the therapist applies not one but two treatment masks. The treatment also includes the SUNDÃRI instant eye lift, suitable for all skin types. It costs £105 for 75 minutes of pure bliss.
If you live in London - or want to work an anti-ageing treatment into a weekend in the capital - the Corinthia Hotel is a luxurious treat. The ESPA Life at Corinthia spans 35,000 square feet over four floors and features 17 treatment rooms, a thermal floor, a gym and Daniel Galvin hair salon. ESPA is a gentle yet effective anti-ageing brand and the Lift & Firm Facial, £155 for 90 minutes, is my pick from the massive spa menu. Or book a Summer Essentials Spa Day for a complete anti-ageing makeover and lunch, £350.
Chewton Glen is my personal pick of the best spas in the UK and is situated just outside Bournemouth in Hampshire, in the New Forest. They use exclusive ila-spa and Linda Meredith products and treatments are priced from £25 to £170. They also offer Detox Retreats, a brilliant way to anti-age from the inside out. The Ananda facial, by il-spa, uses holistic techniques and exquisit products to work with the body's energy centres to bring out a youthful glow. It's priced at £87 for 60 minutes.
