All ingredients are locally sourced from Skye and around Scotland - the freshly caught langoustines and lobsters, just landed by the fishing boats, to homegrown leaves and herbs. This small, romantic, island hotel was created as the result of a dream by its owners, Anne Gracie and Captain Ken Gunn.
