Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
The new restaurant, Emberwood, opened it's door in May 2025 to rave reviews. Straight from the hearth, it is simple cooking over flames. Honouring the freshness and quality of local seasonl produce. The menus change regularly but popular choices have been crispy Porthilly oysters or coal-roasted scallops dripping in garlic butter to styart. Followed with dry-aged côte de boeuf and beef-fat béarnaise or whole monkfish tail wrapped in lardo. And for the sweet finish, the signature rhubarb and custard with white chocolate, or a golden, glossy yuzu curd choux bun.
