To wake up in the morning to the sound of horses hooves heading out on their morning hack is a perfect alarm call. We loved everything that The White House had to offer.....fantastic staff, great location, delicious breakfast, beautifully clean and decorated bedroom and excellent value for money. We will be back. Absolutely brilliant. A B&B where outside breakfast and checking in you're left to your own devices. We played board games in front of the fire and it felt like we had our own country house for the night. FelixA

From London or midlands (A10, A47 etc) via Kings Lynn Bypass Kings Lynn to the A148 East towards Fakenham. First village you come to is Hillington. Turn left towards Flitcham and Docking on the B1153 just after leaving Hillington. Follow the B1153 all the way to Docking. At the crossroads in Docking turn right and then left after the church back onto the B1153 towards Brancaster. Travel 0.8 miles out of Docking before taking the fork right on a left hand bend, by a small fir wood and war memorial. Keep on this single track road for 1.3 miles until you see a right turn, signposted to Sussex Barn. Drive for 0.9 miles to a left turn signposted for The White House and Sussex Barn. You are then on the drive to The White House, it is on the left after about 0.5 miles. From London (M11 etc) via Fakenham From Fakenham bypass take the A148 West to its junction with B1454. Take this right turn and follow the road to Docking. Once in Docking, keep going until you see a right turn onto the B1153 (just past the school and before the church) then follow directions above out of Docking.
