Rating = 5 stars. Review text: Really lovely staff at The Grove, they make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Really clean and I am very fussy about cleanliness of places I stay! But couldn't fault The Grove. The food is to die for especially the Beef Fillet and the Cornflake Panna Cotta... I felt like I had gone to heaven... There is a lovely cosy sitting room with a lovely fire, had I been there without my son I would have curled up with a good book and felt totally at home. We stayed in a different room this time (we had the family room last time which was very quiet) this room (next to the family room ) was freshly decorated... a lovely room. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay, the pool is lovely and the garden great for exploring children. Might book one of the dog friendly cottages next time. MrA
