From the M1 follow signs for Leeds City Centre M621. Take Junction 3 off the M621 and follow signs for the City Centre Loop. From the A1 take the A64 York turning off the A1 and follow signs to Leeds which will bring you to the inner ring road flyover, just before the flyover turn left following signs for the M621 until you reach the City Centre Loop. Quebecs Street forms part of the one way City Centre Loop.
