Park Farm Hotel & Leisure

Stayed one night one a business trip to the area. Plus points: Free parking, excellent front of house service, huge bed which was v comfortable, good tea and coffee provision, free water in room, large well decked bathroom and TV with good channel. Choices. No negatives only small niggles: no plugs next to the bed which made phone charging awkward, pillows are too hard. That's it. Special mention need to be made about the reception. When checking in/out, it was during the hottest period for a number of years. The hotel was giving out free bottles of water to its guests to help. Major points for that...excellent customer service. Will be visiting region on business a lot so will certainly stay again.

Great spacious suite with outside space. Spa area was clean and the pool was not to cold. I enjoyed a very nice massage and facial at a good price. There was not a great deal of choice on the menu for a Vegan however the kitchen were very accommodating. We were able to enjoy afternoon tea and the Ciabatta Chip Sandwiches in Helens Bar were very much enjoyed. Debbie Dawes who greeted us at breakfast is a credit to the hotel. Food and drink was on the expensive side. Myself and I noticed other guests brought food and drink in from a local shop. This could be avoided if priced more reasonably.

Really lovely hotel. I have been here a couple of times once for afternoon tea, which was lovely and most recently was to meet a business associate for a drink in the bar. Both times staff were friendly and helpful, especially Reeve. Would totally recommend it.

Lovely room, loved the facilities, yummy breakfast. Thought evening menu choice couldve been bigger, staff brought our mains out before our starter plates had been cleared, didnt bring over new cutlery, sauces.

Design of room. Stunning. Stayed in one of the hotel lodges which are located at the edge of the hotel grounds and are surrounded by wheat fields. All very good.
