Rooms at Knockendarroch are all uniquely designed, each having its own features, tranquil views and original art on the walls with an overall mood of elegance. There have been substantial upgrades to bathrooms, bedroom decor, furniture and soft furnishings over the last couple of years with additonal Garden Rooms and a stunning Suite added down in Larch House in 2021. A good and fast Wifi connection is available throughout the hotel. Delicate extras are available to make one's stay a touch more special, choose from flowers, prosecco, Moet champagne or a selection of 10 outstanding locally made macarons.

Pitlochry's striking mountain and diverse woodland scenery with its many lochs, rivers and waterfalls all work in harmony and are what has made the location so popular for over 150 years. Avid walkers and mountain-bikers will not be disappointed with the mapped trails through the Scottish landscape. Pitlochry has a lot to offer, including the ever-popular Pitlochry Festival Theatre, the dam and salmon ladder, castles and historic attractions, distilleries, shops and great cafes and delis.

The Restaurant at Knockendarroch continues to hold two AA rosettes. The menu changes daily and offers fantastic, contemporary and Scottish dishes. One's dining journey begins with pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the lounges, warmed by the log fires. After dinner, guests may retire to the lounges to enjoy coffee and Knockendarroch tablet, also, an extensive wine list and around 50 malts in the cabinet are available.
