At Hillthwaite House, there are superb onsite facilities such as the comfortable and recently renovated lounges, including the new Earlston Lounge with a cosy log burner for the winter months as well as breath-taking panoramic views of the surrounding scenery. There is a well-stocked bar serving a great selection of beverages, and for sunnier days there is a stone-flagged terrace – ideal for enjoying a daytime cocktail or jug of Pimms while taking in the views. Enjoy fresh Cumbrian food in the contemporary restaurant, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Being in such an ideal location, situated between the tourist towns of Bowness and Windermere there is an ample array of activities and sites to see and do. Being just walking distance from the likes of Beatrix Potter World, Windermere Lake Cruises, Lakeland and many others. A quick drive will open up even more attractions for all ages and groups, including the likes of Holker Hall, Grasmere, Motor Museum, Tree-top Trek, Brockhole and so much more.
