From our multi-room Suites to our Classic Bedrooms, each of our beautiful character-filled bedrooms is unique. We’ve a range of rooms in the main house, the garden house and the Steading, a former stable block with some rooms boasting idyllic views of the gardens or loch. They all share some common traits which will complete your relaxing escape to Skye:

Eilean Donan Castle
30.1 miles, 48-minute drive
Eilean Donan Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks of Scotland. It is one of the most visited attractions in the Scottish Highlands and it has its own visitor centre, coffee shop and gift shop. It is the perfect location for a family day out.
Armadale Castle, Gardens & Museum
16 miles, 23-minute drive
Armadale Castle is located on 20,000 acres of working Highland estate operated by Clan Donald Lands Trust, a Scottish-registered charity. It makes a wonderful day out for the whole family with beautiful gardens, woodland trails and historic ruins to be discovered. You can also visit the award-winning museum where you can hear about its 1,500 years of history and grab a bite to eat in the estate restaurant.
Dunvegan Castle & Gardens
40.1 miles, 52-minute drive
Dunvegan Castle is the oldest continuously inhabited castle in Scotland and has been the ancestral home of the Chiefs of Clan MacLeod for 800 years. Within the castle, there are five separate buildings with their own unique character. Sir Reginald MacLeod (27th Chief) was the first to open Dunvegan to the public in 1933. Thousands of visitors come to explore it every year.
Dunscaith Castle
17.4 miles, 32 minute-drive
Dunscaith Castle is on the west coast of Sleat, the most southern point of Isle of Skye. On the top of a rock, about 40ft high, you can explore the ruins of the castle, which was abandoned by the MacDonalds of Sleat in the early 17th century. The site is now a designated Ancient Monument.

Whether you choose to book a table in our restaurant, eat in the relaxed Bar Am Pràban, or take advantage of the stunning scenery by dining on the lawn at the water’s edge, you’ll have a choice of some wonderful, hearty Highland dishes.
Our menus reflect the abundance of fresh local produce we have here at Eilean Iarmain, including seafood, shellfish and game. Estate venison is a seasonal favourite, Langoustines arrive at the old stone pier, and our salads and vegetables are grown locally.
With stunning views across to the mainland, there’s no better place on Skye to enjoy some local produce.
We welcome non-residents to dine with us. Reserving a table is essential for non-residents and hotel guests (excluding breakfast). Dog-friendly dining is available – waggy-tailed friends are welcome to dine with you in the bar.
