Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
Of the two dining spaces at Cotswold House, The Bistro On The Square provides the perfect informal setting in which to enjoy sharing platters, tapas, as well as a range of snacks and daily specials, while Fig Restaurant encapsulates fine dining and enables the hotel's dedicated and highly talented kitchen team to demonstrate their considerable flair and imagination. The kitchen team take their inspiration from the generous local larder and source ingredients from passionate producers based nearby, from which they buy fantastic ingredients such as local cheeses, wholesome fresh bread and quality meats from the Cotswolds region. The bistro has an informal atmosphere and is open seven days a week serving a range of sharing plates as well as every-changing specials. Fig Restaurant, by contrast, offers fine dining in the evenings from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
