Carberry Tower

Eight miles from Edinburgh and 15 minutes from the coast is the historic Carberry Tower discreetly tucked away in 35 acres of landscaped and manicured parkland. Over 450 years of history are contained within the walls of this magnificent castle, the former home of the Elphinstone family. With its close proximity to Edinburgh yet peaceful rural setting, Carberry Tower is a particularly desirable venue for weddings and corporate functions. Five rooms can host conferences and events for up to 110 guests. Furthermore, the extensive surrounding grounds are available for team building activities. A Ceildh Hall is also located within the grounds and the Tower's large restaurant, which can adapt to incorporate a dance floor, can hold large weddings. Accommodation ranges from Tower and Sovereign rooms to spacious Monarch Rooms and Suites in the Castle where inviting public lounges and libraries offer welcome respite.
