The Hotel is one of the most familiar buildings to visitors travelling to the New Forest and is located close to Lyndhurst, the 'heart of the New Forest'. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Brockenhurst and privately owned by the Wilson Family for twenty one years, .

What makes a stay at Balmer Lawn Hotel unique?

The flat grass space of the Balmer Lawn has always been part of the history of the New Forest and is listed in the Doomsday Book. Originally built in the mid 1800's as a hunting lodge, the Balmer Lawn is a classic Country House Hotel. The hotel enjoys direct access to the New Forest, two heated pools, dining to meet all tastes with a two AA rosette restaurant or Terrace menu for more relaxed dining. A micro brewery is located within the Hotel grounds. There are several different categories of comfortable rooms, many with Forest views and all rooms can be viewed on the hotel website. The Saltus Spa offers treatments using ESPA products.
