What do you think makes a stay at The Private Hill unique?
The Private Hill is a destination with very low density. Somewhere to escape the crowds. Somewhere to plunge into pure indulgence, nature and harmony at the most intimate boutique in North Yorkshire, where impeccable, super friendly, comfortable service and hotel standards combine with nature. The magnificent Geodesic Domes are truly en-suite, each named after their previous Aberdeen Angus Cattle. Each 40 m2 dome is like a room that you would expect to find in a luxury boutique hotel, featuring a sumptuously comfortable twin or superking bed (add your preference at the time of booking), luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, a selection of pillows, a small stocked minibar (soft drinks), hot shower and flushing toilet.
What is there to see and do at The Private Hill?
Explore the farm, experience the animals, chat with the sheep, or maybe collecting the freshest of the home-bred Rhode Island Red chickens free-range eggs is what you would rather. The Private Hill even has its own small herd of Alpacas where you can book onto a walking tour with either Perseus, Renoir, or Ziggy. Bring your mountain bike with you and take it into the lanes, making sure to watch out for the tractors. Watch the beautiful sunset while enjoying a glass of wine, a cold beer, or an outstanding G&T from the fully licensed Cafe & Bar or just play Croquet, Boules or Quoits.
