Overview

If you love the idea of switching off but still want your creature comforts, Cabins at The Coach House in the Cotswolds delivers glamping with a little extra polish. Set in the grounds of a family home, this is pared-back luxury for two for those who want to feel close to nature without roughing it.

Tucked away in its own quarter-acre orchard, this charming Igluhut offers a Cotswolds escape with serious wow factor. Think log-fired hot tub, private sauna cabin, BBQ gazebo and firepit – all yours to enjoy in total privacy, with just the sound of birdsong and breeze through the trees.

Inside, the Igluhut is surprisingly spacious, with a handmade bed, cosy throws and clever Scandi-style design. Step outside to the wood-fired tub for a soak under the stars, warm up in the sauna, or take things slow around the firepit with a glass of something local. It’s a place where you can truly switch off, whether for a romantic weekend, a birthday treat or just a well-deserved break.

You’re just outside the medieval town of Tewkesbury, perfectly placed between the rivers Severn and Avon – but comfortably above flood level. Days out could include wandering honey-stone villages, cycling country lanes or exploring the nearby Cotswold hills. Or don’t go anywhere at all. Some places are made for doing nothing.

Cabins at the Coach House is off-grid living, elevated.

We had such a relaxing time at Orchard View. The garden is private, peaceful & spacious - the fire pit is a great for chilly evenings, & the covered BBQ is good for al fresco cooking, with plenty of complimentary logs. The sauna is absolutely fantastic - easy to get fired up and such a luxury to have to yourselves, with lovely essential oils provided & big cosy robes to snuggle up in afterwards. The hot tub is great and the hosts will fire up for you beforehand if you want to use on arrival. We slept really well, the bed is large & super comfy & it’s really cosy for a spot of Netflix - if you can stay awake! The cabin has everything you need to rustle up a fry up - the kitchen space is tight so you need organised prep, & generally there’s not much storage space but we managed, you don’t need much while there. The bathroom is nice & clean with plenty of space, good storage & a decent shower. The hosts are friendly, helpful & even gave us delicious homemade brownies. We will be back!

Beautiful cabin in a secret magical garden located near the town of Tewkesbury very handy to explore the Cotswolds. The cabin has been very beautifully and thoughtfully equipped set within a stunning private orchard with private Hot Tub,Sauna, Firepit and garden pond, gorgeous tranquil views of the orchard which turns into a magical garden after sunset when the garden lights come on ,enjoyed the visits from the rabbits , squirrels and Russell the Crow, fresh eggs from the beautiful flock of rescue hens. Fabulous hosting by the owners who were very responsive ,friendly, funny and accommodating and Danny's brownies are to die for and I don't like brownies usually. We added the outdoor cinema to our booking what an experience watching Mamma Mia outside with a roaring Firepit, drinking wine eating popcorn, ice cream and toasting marshmallows. Its a MUST weather permitting. Can't recommend the Cabin highly enough and we will be returning in 2026.

I booked for 2 nights for my husbands 40th birthday surprise and from the moment we arrived it was just magical Danny & Adey were very friendly and welcoming showed us around. We booked the outdoor cinema experience WOW this was just amazing. Every little detail has been thought about thoroughly we couldn’t ask for anything more and couldn’t fault a single thing, the whole place was immaculate, we are looking at dates to return.

Our stay was a birthday present., destination a surprise . And I was surprised by the quirkiness of the cabin. The sauna and hot tub were a great bonus, the location very peaceful . Our hosts were excellent and we enjoyed the barbecue food package we bought (fed us twice) and the outdoor cinema is an entertaining option. The Cabin had all we needed
