Overview

Experience Stunning Gardens at Hampton Court Palace Purchase a ticket for the Formal Gardens only at Hampton Court and you've still a full day's activity on your hands. There are more than 60 acres of formal garden to explore here in south west London, with glorious fountains, stunning flower displays (over 200,000 flowering bulbs) and pretty spots to sit and take stock plus 750 acres of rolling royal parkland (look out for deer) which attracts all manner of birdlife. Of course, the world famous maze is a must-do but on top of that don't miss Capability Brown's Great Vine stuffed with sweet black grapes, the stunningly symmetrical Privy Garden, the super calm contemporary 20th century garden, the gorgeous Rose Garden and the Lower Orangery Exotic Garden.
