Situated between Aysgarth Falls and Leyburn, Redmire is ideally positioned for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park. An award-winning breakfast is offered each day, cooked to order using the freshest locally sourced produce with warm home baked bread and homemade preserves.

There are three luxurious and spacious first floor guest bedrooms at The Old Town Hall, all with timber panelled sloping ceilings and old beams. The Wensleydale Suite offers a superking-sized bed, and a separate seating area. Its' ensuite bathroom has a stunning double spa bath, and a walk-in shower. The Swaledale Room is extremely spacious, and can be configured with a superking-sized bed, or with two single beds. Its' private bathroom, just outside the bedroom, contains a full-sized bath and a shower over. The Wharfedale Room features a king-sized bed, and has an ensuite bathroom, again with a full-sized bath with shower over. Complimentary luxury Temple Spa toiletries are included.
The bedrooms are immaculately presented and are furnished to an indulgent 5 star standard. With comfy beds; luxury cotton linen; super soft towels & bathrobes; TV (two in Wensleydale Suite); a well-stocked fridge with fresh milk, water and cordials; homemade shortbread; and an extensive range of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. The overall experience is one of luxury, peace and relaxation.
Can you suggest any activities or things to do while staying in the Leyburn area?
The Yorkshire Dales has so much to offer the visitor. With spectacular scenery at every turn, and pretty market towns to explore, such a Bedale, Leyburn, Richmond and Hawes, there is plenty to discover. Bolton Castle is only one mile away. Aysgarth Falls and Hardraw Force are both stunning waterfalls that are not to be missed. Walkers will enjoy the circular routes that are literally on the doorstep, and the owners will be delighted to advise on the many routes and attractions nearby. Maps and guidebooks are available for guests to borrow.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
An excellent, award-winning breakfast is served daily, using the freshest local produce. Guests can opt for a Full Dales breakfast or choose specials such as smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit salad are also available, along with home-baked bread and homemade jam and marmalade. These preserves are available to buy and enjoy at home with proceeds going to a local air ambulance charity. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free dietary requirements can be catered for. For eating out in the evening, there are plenty of pubs and excellent restaurants within 10 minutes' drive. Local taxis are available for those who don't wish to drive. The owners can provide information on places to eat.

There is private off-road parking at the rear of The Old Town Hall. Cyclists are welcome with secure bike storage and e-bike charging facilities provided. For walkers who get caught in the rain there are drying facilities.
