What can guests enjoy when staying in the Ludlow area?

Ludlow Castle stands proudly over the city; it has witnessed many fights over the years, but none so gripping as the title of ‘Festival Loaf’ at Ludlow Food Festival.  Ludlow's reputation for good food and beverage is well-deserved. Farmers' markets selling local produce to independent butchers, bakeries, grocery shops and delicatessen. You’ll find a selection of small, family-owned businesses that sell quality products with a personal touch. The surrounding Mortimer Forest and Teme Valley offer excellent cycling, biking and walking.

Where can guests enjoy food and drink?

Help yourself to the breakfast bar where you can choose from natural organic yoghurt, local honey and homemade compotes. If you prefer something a little heavier to start your day, choose from one of the hot breakfasts, whether it is the full English, which consists of eggs your way, local Griffiths Butchers sausages and bacon, mushrooms, roasted baby tomatoes, beans and griddled bread with olive oil or the avocado on toast served with tomatoes, lime, fresh mint and an optional poached egg, everything is cooked to order.
