What makes a stay at The 25 Boutique B&B unique?
The 25 Boutique B&B is unlike any other. Andy & Julian have really thought about every single aspect of guests' stay and made sure their experience is as good as it possibly can be. From the complimentary welcome drink, served with Andy's famous chocolate brownies, to the thoughful touches in the bedrooms, nothing is left to chance. Then there's the decor - funky but tasteful, unique but not over the top.

The 25 has five very different and individual rooms which vary greatly in size, style and decor. All come with luxury as standard, with the likes of Elemis toiletries, Nespresso coffee makers, fridges with complimentary water and fresh milk, a wide range of drinks, and Andy's daily homemade treats. Rooms also have air conditioning, two have baths, two have a separate lounge and one has a dressing room.
Can you suggest any activities or things to do while staying in the Torquay area?
The seafront, bars and restaurants are a pleasant ten minute walk via the grounds of Torre Abbey (the closest tourist attraction). The main harbour area and Torquay town centre are a twenty minute walk, but taxis are plentiful. There's really no need for a car in Torquay. You can arrive by train, with the station less than a ten minute walk away, and with trains, buses, a land train and ferries, you can get pretty much anywhere quite easily. Torquay and the surrounding area of the English Riviera has more things to do than any other UK resort.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
When guests book, they will be sent a list of Andy & Julian's favourite places to eat in the area. Torquay has everything to suit all tastes, from independently owned bistros selling locally caught fish, to a Michelin-starred restaurant, and village pubs to busy bars and clubs. Many are within walking distance and it's easy to catch a taxi. It is always advisable to book tables for dinner ahead of time, as the best places can get booked up, particularly at weekends or in summer.
