Great Dunmow is a town in Essex and was once a roman settlement. It is well known for its Flitch Trials which take place very 4 years, where couples have to convince a jury that they have not argued in the last year. The winners receive a flitch of bacon. The town has good commuication links with the M11 nearby and is only 6 miles to Stanstead Airport.
