Darwin is a market town in Lancashire near Blackburn. It was once the centre of the textile industry which grew up in the 1800's and one of the first palces to have steam trains. Overlooking the town on the moors is the Jubliee Tower,built in celebration of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.
